Terms of order

1. Seller

2. Ordering and the contract

You send an order or enquiry through the configurator on this site. We then email you a design proposal and confirm the shipping cost and estimated lead time. The contract is concluded only when you approve the design and we confirm the order. Until then you can cancel at no cost. For a fully custom design we first send a quote, and the order applies only once you accept it.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, per piece, as shown for each product and in the configurator for the selected quantity. Engraving is charged extra where stated. If the shipping cost is not shown, we tell you before confirming the order, and the final amount is stated in the confirmation.

4. Design and approval

We prepare the design for free and email it to you. We make changes until you approve it. Before approving, check every detail on the card (name, phone, email, website), as the cards are made exactly to the approved design.

5. Logos and rights

By sending a logo or design you confirm that you have the right to use it. We do not make cards with third-party trademarks without the owner's permission.

6. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier or post office when the parcel arrives. No card details are entered on this site. As the cards are made to order, if a parcel is not collected without good reason we may ask you to cover the production and shipping costs.

7. Lead time and delivery

We produce the cards after you approve the design. The lead time depends on the quantity and is confirmed with the order. We ship by post or courier across the Balkans and Europe; delivery to other countries is arranged individually.

8. Right of withdrawal

Cards and keychains are made to your details and design, so once the design is approved the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (goods made to the consumer's specifications). You can cancel free of charge before approving the design.

9. Complaints

If the cards have a production defect or differ from the approved design, let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of receipt, with a photo. We fix it by remaking the cards or refunding you. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Liability

We are not liable for errors in details you approved in the design, or for delays caused by force majeure or the postal service. Our liability is limited to the order value, except where the law provides otherwise.

11. Governing law and disputes

The contract is governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you are a consumer from another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. We first try to settle any dispute amicably.
