1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is:

2. What data we process
When you order or send an enquiry: your name, email, phone, delivery address, company name if you enter it, the details you want on the card, your description and any files you send (logo, design, sketch). When you use the contact form: your name, email and message. Technical data: Cloudflare, which runs this site, processes your IP address and basic browser data to deliver pages and protect against attacks. Our system stores IP addresses only in hashed form and for at most one hour, to prevent abuse of the forms.
3. Why and on what legal basis
We use your data to make and ship your order, prepare and agree the design with you and answer enquiries (performance of a contract and steps before a contract). We keep some data because accounting and tax rules require it (legal obligation). Protecting the site against abuse is our legitimate interest. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or build profiles.
4. Who else sees the data
Only those we need to complete your order: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database, security), Web3Forms (delivering order notifications and messages to our email), the postal or courier service (name, address and phone for delivery) and our accountant where needed. They may use the data only for that purpose.
5. Transfers outside BiH and the EU
Cloudflare and Web3Forms may process data in other countries, including the USA. Such transfers rely on safeguards permitted by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep data
Order and invoice data is kept for as long as accounting and tax laws require. Enquiries and messages that did not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Your design files are kept for up to 2 years after production so we can repeat an order quickly, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
7. Cookies
The public site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The only cookie is a technical login cookie for the admin panel, used by our team only. Your browser only remembers, until you close the tab, that you have already seen the intro animation.
8. Security
The site runs only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only our team can access orders, through a protected admin panel with hashed passwords and automatic logout. Files you send are not publicly accessible.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Email sales@ironmarkdesigns.com and we will reply within 30 days at the latest. If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you live in the EU, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.
10. Children
The site and orders are not intended for persons under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when the law or the way we work changes. The current version is always on this page, with the update date at the top.
